Training

My final extensive training took place over a 7 year period studying to Masters level at The Metonoia Institute. Metonoia is an internationally recognised training institute attracting students and facilitators worldwide. Prior to this I engaged in 3yr Counselling Diploma training programe and a Counselling Skills Diploma.

From the perspective of personal interest and professional requirement I regularly engage with CPD. Having recently, undertaken further training in CBT.

Experience

I have and continue to work within both NHS and private settings and have done so for some 15 years. Additional to this, I work as a freelance consultant and trainer for a well known national mental health charity training across a broad spectrum of areas within the field of life issues. I bring some 15,000 hrs of clinical experience to our work.
